Il a travaill\u00e9 auparavent comme coordinateur de l'ONG Eveil dans la r\u00e9gion de Mopti de 1998 \u00e0 2008 (Mali) et comme expert au PNUD sur les conflits communautaires, la coh\u00e9sion sociale et les armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res ainsi que la construction de paix ( 2009 \u00e0 2016) et \u00e0 ONU Femmes comme coordinateur r\u00e9gional du Projet CEDEAO-UE sur le genre, la r\u00e9forme du secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la lutte contre l'extr\u00e9misme violent de 2019 \u00e0 2020.
